Eleventh Busiversary (2001-2002)
During a potluck gathering at a Portland IWW
meeting hall, Flying Focus producers and videographers taped introductions reviewing the 2001-
2002 season of the Flying Focus Video Bus. On this program, they share short clips from 26 half-
hour programs
which involved over a dozen volunteers and countless hours to produce.
There are a number of programs around the aftermath of September 11 and US policy on
Iraq; several shows on economic justice (including poverty, homelessness, and international debt
issues); environmental justice, peace, multicultural issues, a tribunal on the US embargo on Cuba,
and
more.
FFVC members PC Peri, Barb Greene, Dan Handelman, Daniel Webb, affiliated
producers Lindsey Goodwin-Grayzel, Frank Mahoney, and Yvonne Simmons, as well as new
producers Tomé-Jo Trujillo (and, in absentia, Daniela Crocetti, Rosalinda Rowe, and Norm
Wyers) all contributed to the year's
programs and in some way to this "Busiversary" show.
